NPT can be very helpful when trying to resolve problems in the workplace.
First, identify the problem areas you're struggling with at work.
Does your problem involve a specific person of situation? Maybe it's
a particular person in a particular situation?
Once you've identified your problems, begin working with the interpersonal
exercises on page 79. Apply these exercises, when you feel ready, to
the situations you've identified. If your problems are more situational
than interpersonal, you'll probably need to use the dead end strategy
when thoughts about problems arise. If the problems are severe, you'll
probably need to work on step three, compassion, and step four, softening
around pain, in order to deal with them.
